West Ham fans paid tribute to The Queen prior to their Europa Conference League clash with FCSB on Thursday night with a rousing rendition of the national anthem. The UK is in mourning after the country’s longest-serving monarch died on Thursday at the age of 96.

The Queen passed away at her Scottish estate, Balmoral, in the afternoon after her family had travelled to be by her side.

Some sporting events and matches were cancelled Thursday evening following news of The Queen’s death.

The Rugby Premiership opener between Saracens and Northampton Saints was postponed while the BMW PGA Championship suspended play.
