Rio Ferdinand has posted a hilarious video to social media, seemingly in reaction to Manchester United closing in on Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Red Devils are suddenly favourites to sign their former hero with Manchester City having pulled out of the transfer race.
Juventus boss Max Allegri admitted Ronaldo wants out of Turin, and it had appeared as if he would head to the Etihad.
But Manchester United are now reportedly in talks, with Ronaldo's former Red Devils team-mate Ferdinand clearly delighted.
In a short video on social media, Ferdinand initially appears stony-faced before emerging into a wide smile while nodding his head.
The ex-defender didn't use any words to caption the video, instead just labelling it: "……."
Ferdinand has often praised his former team-mate, and previously explained Ronaldo's elite mentality.
Speaking to Goal in 2019, Ferdinand explained: "For Ronaldo, (he is) 34 now and he is still at the top and he has been in the top two players in the world for more than a decade.
"He was the first person I saw invest in a team. I went around his house and I saw about 10 people in his front room.
"I said, who are these people? What's going on?

"He said, that's my chef, that's my physio, that's the doctor and that's my personal trainer.
"He left Man United as the best player in the world. He was on the right track.
"I think if you give young players advice, then I would say if you have the resources then invest in yourself like that."
Though Ferdinand couldn't decide between Ronaldo and now PSG ace Lionel Messi.
He said: "We shouldn't pick. We're blessed to be living in their era."
