Paige VanZant shows ‘what two months of dedication can do’ with squat workout

Paige VanZant has shown "what two months of dedication can do" as she showed off her intense squat workout.

The blonde bombshell is back in the gym as she continues her training and preparations ahead of a bare knuckle bout with Charisa Sigala at BKFC 27 in London next month. 12 Gauge will be taking part in the third fight of her four-fight contract with the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, having signed with the promotion after leaving the UFC in 2020.

Ahead of the fight, the 28-year-old has shown she is working hard in the gym with footage from a recent workout.

VanZant posted a clip of herself chained to maxed out set of cables as she performed a series of squatting exercises, with the video captioned: "TWO F***ING MONTHS!!!"

She also added text to the footage, which read: "What two months of dedication can do," as recent footage of her followed a clip from the start of her training camp.

Her 3.2million Instagram followers have lapped up the post since it was uploaded on Monday, with the video racking up over 9,000 likes already. Lizzo's About Damn Time also plays over the footage.

VanZant has continued to wow her fans throughout her training for the Sigala bout, with a mix of racy photoshoots and workout footage, including a clip of her climbing a pole after "taking too much pre-workout".

Will Paige VanZant win her next bare knuckle boxing fight? Let us know in the comments section below.

The former strawweight and flyweight mixed martial artist left the UFC two years ago after going 5-4 across her six years with the promotion.

After signing with BKFC shortly after her UFC exit, VanZant competed in her first two bare knuckle boxing bouts last year, losing both.

However, she has yet to be knocked out, losing her fights with Britain Hart and Rachael Ostovich via unanimous decisions after five two-minute rounds.

She will be looking to claim her first bare knuckle win at Wembley Arena on August 20, though, as she competes in the co-main event before Bellator's Michael 'Venom' Page takes on former UFC welterweight Mike Perry in the main event.
