A mountain of pizza boxes has been spotted inside the England dressing room following the Three Lions' 10-0 thrashing of San Marino on Monday night.

Gareth Southgate's side scored their biggest ever win in a competitive international as they hit double figures to confirm a place at next year's World Cup in Qatar.

Harry Kane scored a second consecutive hat-trick in the process and also became the first England player to score four goals in one game since Ian Wright in 1993.

However, fans were quick to notice a mountain of pizza boxes in the dressing room after the match.

In a clip uploaded to the official England Instagram account, Southgate is shown handing out caps to the two England players that made their debuts in the win, Aaron Ramsdale and Conor Gallagher.

It was something else in the footage that caught the eye of fans, though, as they spotted numerous pizza boxes piled up on a table inside the dressing room.

After watching the clip, one fan wrote: “Is it me. Or is that a stack of pizza boxes for the boys?”

Meanwhile, another supporter commented: “They have got enough pizza to feed the whole of San Marino.”

Where the pizzas for the players or the staff? Let us know in the comments section below.

Kane will be hoping that his new Tottenham Hotspur manager has not seen the footage, though, after Antonio Conte made changes to the food served at the club's training ground.

Conte has reportedly banned tomato ketchup and mayonnaise amongst other things in an attempt to improve his players' fitness.

Having been appointed to replace Nuno Espirito Santo, the former Chelsea boss feels that the Spurs players are currently overweight and feels that this is the reason for their poor recent form.

Conte implemented a similar approach during his time at Stamford Bridge, where he won the league in his first season in charge.
