Manchester United are set to be without Marcus Rashford for the Europa League last-16 first-leg tie against AC Milan tonight. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could keep a similar side to the one that beat Manchester City aside from Rashford’s absence. Express Sport has picked the Red Devils XI we expect to see line up at Old Trafford.
Goalkeeper – Henderson
Dean Henderson has kept a clean sheet in each of his two appearances since David de Gea returned to Spain to be at the birth of his first child.
The academy graduate was impressive at the Etihad on Sunday and the United defence looked to have confidence in him.
De Gea is not expected to return until after the international break later this month.
So Henderson has a run of games to prove he has what it takes to be the club’s long-term No 1.

Defence – Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw
The only debate in the backline is whether Solskjaer sticks with Lindelof or opts to go with Eric Bailly instead.
Bailly played both games against Real Sociedad in the last round but Lindelof could get the nod in this one.
Luke Shaw has been one of the best left-backs in England this season and is doing all he can to keep summer signing Alex Telles out of the side.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka will line up on the opposite side of defence.
Midfield – McTominay, Fred, Fernandes
With Paul Pogba still absent due to injury, there aren’t many choices for Solskjaer in midfield.
Donny van de Beek is also unavailable, though he would have been an unlikely starter even if fit.
Fred and Scott McTominay are forming a steady partnership in the middle of the park and shouldn’t be split up, with Nemanja Matic waiting in the wings.
Bruno Fernandes will take up his usual position as the No 10.
Attack – James, Martial, Greenwood
Rashford’s absence is likely to give an opportunity for Mason Greenwood to come into the side after being left on the bench at City.
Dan James continues to thrive and his pace could be key across the two legs.
Anthony Martial put in one of his better performances as a central striker on Sunday.
Solskjaer will be hoping for consistency from the Frenchman, with Edinson Cavani expected to be out due to injury.
Man Utd expected XI against AC Milan in full: Henderson; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw; McTominay, Fred, Fernandes; James, Martial, Greenwood.
