Manchester United fans have been fixated on a pre-match photo from their clash with Wolves which encapsulates their current woes.
The Red Devils were uninspired and out of ideas as they slipped to a 1-0 Premier League defeat at Old Trafford on Monday evening.
And before the match had even got underway, the United stars looked like they were beaten.
As they walked out from the tunnel a pitchside snapper captured the starting XI looking like lambs headed to the slaughter.
David de Gea and Luke Shaw stared at the ground while the rest, bar Phil Jones, trudged along with emotionless faces.
One United fan claimed: "Mentality problem. Spot the guy with a point to prove."
"The more I look at this the more it saddens me," a fellow Red Devil commented.
Impressionist and United fan Al Foran replied: "Jesus, I'd usually think people are looking too much into this but this picture speaks a thousand words."
Journalist Oliver Holt simply said: "Interesting picture."
While another fan wrote: "Jeez that is a great picture for showing body language of the players , apart from jones , dejection and disinterested look like the players are feeling"

Several reports have detailed the major discontent there currently is amongst the first-team squad.
The latest reported figure of unhappy stars is up to 17, with Ralf Rangnick and the club's board facing a potential exodus over the next two transfer windows.
Even Jones, who United fans earmarked as the model for the rest of his team-mates after he was spotted crying post-match, wants out to play regular football.
And Luke Shaw's interview after full-time has been labelled as 'much worse than Romelu Lukaku's' by Gus Poyet.
Shaw told Sky Sports: "It's tough, I think you look at our squad, you look at our team, the players we have.
"We have unbelievable quality. Sometimes quality isn't enough, we need to bring intensity, bring more aggression, we need more motivation.
"From the outside today it didn't look like we had any of them three, but inside the dressing room, we know what we want.
"I think when we step out we need to give 100 per cent. I'm not saying not everyone did, but to win these types of games, we all need to be 100 per cent committed. Like I said it is just tough and disappointing.
"We have time now to refocus, we've got a long training week and maybe the manager can bring some more ideas for what he wants on the pitch."
