Kai Havertz continued to advertise himself by helping Bayer Leverkusen take one step closer to Champions League football after beating Cologne 3-1 in the Rhine derby.
The 21-year-old, who has been linked to Chelsea, added to his tally with a 39th minute finish from the penalty box after being left unattended.
The result puts Cologne on tenterhooks as their future in the Bundesliga is not yet certain.
