- Chelsea have opened talks with Dortmund over a huge move for Erling Haaland
- The German giants have stated they do not wish to sell the Norwegian striker

Erling Haaland is expecting to complete a sensational move from Borussia Dortmund to Chelsea this summer, according to reports.
Sportsmail understands the Blues opened talks over a move for the Norwegian striker at the beginning of the month – even though the full cost of a deal could be close to £170million.
The Bundesliga outfit have stated they do not wish to sell their coveted centre forward this summer but the ambitious striker is open to taking the next step up in his career.

Blues boss Thomas Tuchel is keen to sign the Borussia Dortmund star this summer
But, according to Ian McGarry on the Transfer Window Podcast, a potential move has hit a stumbling block with the Champions League holders unwilling to bow to the contract demands of his agent Mino Raiola.
‘His agent, Mino Raiola, is keen to insert a get-out clause into Haaland’s contract in order that he move – his next move that is after he moves from Dortmund is smooth and is also concrete with regards to the payment and also the structure,’ McGarry said.
‘And of course in Mino’s case, the commission. Chelsea are not particularly keen on any get-out clause for any of their players.
‘This is something that is obviously common in Spain, in LaLiga, and also in Serie A and sometimes in the Bundesliga as well.
But the Blues are unwilling to bow to the contract demands of his agent Mino Raiola
‘Because, of course, Haaland is coming from Borussia Dortmund and expects to be joining Chelsea before the new season begins.
‘This is something that has to be ironed out between Raiola and Chelsea if this deal is going to be signed in terms of both Dortmund and the player himself.’
Haaland netted an incredible 41 goals in as many appearances across all competitions last season for Dortmund.
The Bundesliga giants have also agreed a £73m deal with Manchester United to sell his team-mate Jadon Sancho.
That could toughen Dortmund’s determination not to sell Haaland, but super agent Raiola claims all parties could yet be tempted by a ‘good opportunity’.

‘What we know as of today is that Dortmund spoke extremely solemnly to us and said: ”We are not selling him”. That’s the situation, definitely,’ Raiola told AS last month.
‘That’s what they’ve said. Now let’s see if that desire is still there through to the 1st of September.
‘Today, the official stance of Dortmund is this. But I’ve got another view, I think that if a good opportunity comes up and everyone would be happy, we’ll put it on the table.
‘Haaland is interested in two things: Scoring goals, because he’s a little bit like Cristiano [Ronaldo] or Zlatan [Ibrahimovic]… it’s his obsession, in a positive way. And winning titles.
Haaland has scored a 57 goals and laid on 15 assists in just 59 appearances for Dortmund
‘No doubt he’ll pick somewhere where he feels those two things go together best for him.’
Norway international Haaland has scored a 57 goals and laid on 15 assists in just 59 appearances for the German giants since joining them from RB Salzburg in January last year.
His imperious form for his club has also drawn interest from LaLiga Barcelona and Real Madrid, as well as Manchester United and Man City.
