It's crystal clear that Thomas Tuchel has the backing of the board, and he was duly rewarded with a new contract on Friday afternoon, fresh off the back of his Champions League success.
And Tuchel will be looking to build off their recent European success domestically with a Premier League triumph.
Chelsea have spent big in the last two summers, and the German is expected to follow a similar pattern as he enters his first full transfer window with the Blues.
And Daily Star Sport have rounded up all of Chelsea's transfer dealings for the day…
Surprise move for Ziyech
It's fair to say Ziyech hasn't hit the ground running at Chelsea; the moments of magic made him a standout at Ajax have been missing in Blue.
However, it can take players a year to get used to the Premier League, but it looks like Chelsea won't give him that time with Napoli after his services.
According to Calciomercto, Napoli are after the midfielder and Tuchel, himself, has admitted he has 'hard decisions' to make over the Moroccan.

Reunion for Tuchel
In a surprising name linked with Chelsea – the Blues could make a move for Benfica's Julian Weigl.
Weigl worked under Thomas Tuchel at Borussia Dortmund, and the German was mentioned alongside Joshua Kimmich as potential stars for the future.
Things didn't pan out that way for the midfielder, but as an understudy for Jorginho – relieving the Italian of game-time – he could recapture his form.
Strengthening the midfield
Weigl isn't the only midfielder linked to Stamford Bridge, and transfer guru Fabrizio Romano is reporting that Chelsea could move for Saul Niguez.
"Saúl could leave Atlético Madrid this summer. FC Bayern are interested but no official bid yet, Chelsea are also informed on Saúl situation.
"Open race and no advanced negotiations yet. Atléti are already in talks for Rodrigo de Paul as potential replacement," he tweeted.
