Belgium 2-1 Switzerland: Roberto Martinez’s men triumph thanks to Michy Batshuayi double… despite Admir Mehmedi’s early goal

Michy Batshuayi scored twice for Roberto Martinez’s side as Belgium beat Switzerland 2-1 in their international friendly.

Admir Mehmedi gave the Swiss the lead with a left-footed shot in the 12th minute of the game.

However, Batshuayi equalised in the 49th minute before closing out the game in the 70th minute.

Batshuayi’s two goals against Switzerland see him take his international tally to 21 goals.
