Barcelona star Ousmane Dembele is already talking to Juventus about a move to Serie A, according to reports. The France international was wanted by Manchester United on transfer deadline day. But the Red Devils instead ended up landing Amad Traore and Facundo Pellistri instead.
Manchester United went in search of a winger on transfer deadline day and, having missed out on Jadon Sancho, Barcelona star Dembele was eyed.
The Red Devils were locked in talks with the La Liga giants until late on but, in the end, switched focus.
United instead agreed a deal for Atalanta star Traore, who will move to Old Trafford in January.
And they wrapped up the signing of Pellistri, who is seen as one of the hottest talents South American football has to offer.
Dembele ended up staying at Barcelona.

Yet Catalunya Radio claim the France international is already talking with Juventus about a potential move, with the Old Lady his preferred next destination.
It’s claimed Juve’s interest in the 23-year-old was one of the reasons why he didn’t push to join United on deadline day.
And Dembele could move to Serie A, with Barcelona likely to listen to offers for the forward.
He may even jump ship to Italy in the summer of 2022, when his contract expires.
But United are unlikely to be impacted by the news with the Red Devils already setting their sights on a future deal for Sancho, despite their failed bid this time around.

Speaking before the transfer window Dembele had a move to Old Trafford endorsed by Cardiff’s Sol Bamba, who said: “He’s a similar sort of player to Sancho.
“He’s direct, likes to take people on and score goals.
“I see why United decided to go for him if they don’t get Sancho, but I think the Sancho situation is going on and on and they might have to go on to another target, because if you’re not going to get the player you have to move on and get the second target.
“I think it would be a good signing for United. I know him a bit, he’s a good lad.
“I do think he needs to stay fit because if he stays fit he is an unbelievable player.

“Unfortunately he has been injured too much at Barcelona, but I think he needs a change of scenery, a change of country maybe and I think United will be the right move for him.”
Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman had been coy on a potential exit, saying: “What is certain in the world? I don’t know.
“At the moment, he’s a Barcelona player. There’s still one day left for incomings and outgoings. We’ll see.
“I opted for [Francisco] Trincao, Pedri and [Miralem] Pjanic [off the bench].
“We needed more control and that’s why I made these changes.”
