Mason Mount was spotted gifting an England fan his shirt – from England's famous win over Denmark in the Euro 2020 semi-final – in a heart-warming moment.
England reached their first major international tournament final since the 1966 World Cup – when Gareth Southgate's Three Lions beat Denmark 2-1 on Wednesday evening.
After falling behind from Mikkel Damsgaard's wondergoal, England drew level from a Simon Kjaer own-goal, and Harry Kane's late winner put England through to the final.
And after the full-time whistle, Chelsea's starlet Mount was spotted giving his match-worn shirt to a young fan in the Wembley crowd.
Whilst completing a lap of honour, Mount spotted the young fan in one of the corners of the ground.
The midfielder then brushed past security and hopped the barrier to hand the young fan his match-worn England shirt, with a cheeky grin on his face.
The young girl – whose shirt read 'Belle 10' on the back – immediately burst into tears as fans surrounding her offered congratulatory pats on the back.
She was one of 60,000 in attendance on Wednesday evening, the largest crowd the UK has seen since the start of the Coronavirus pandemic: almost a year-and-a-half ago.
