Tracee has been doing the Tracy Anderson Method for nine years, telling Health in 2017 that the exercises have been “really good” for her. “I find that, as adults, we stay so regimented in our movement, even if we get on a treadmill,” she told the publication. “The music changes all the patterns, and my body gets to move freely, so you feel amazing—which is ultimately the point of the workouts, too.”

Tracee also talked about her love of Anderson’s workouts on Instagram in April 2020. “I love the workouts and have been doing it for years,” she wrote. “It keeps me strong and long with a little jiggle. Just like I like!”
