In a new, adorable video on Instagram, Joanna and her daughters, delaware seroquel Emmie Kay and Ella Rose, practice gymnastics together in their yard. Joanna pulls off some seriously impressive cartwheels, front walkovers, and more (Simone Biles, eat your heart out). The Team USA-ready Fixer Upper star added a sweet caption underneath the post. “Barefoot in the grass and busting out some old tricks tonight. I’m sure I’ll be feeling this in the morning…. Thanks girls for the coaching! ❤️.”

Fans in the comments were super supportive, including one Olympian: “Get it mama!!” gold medalist Shawn Johnson wrote. Other fans commented “I am SO impressed that you can do this! So, just how does Joanna stay in such bendy, great shape? She shares lots of details about her different workouts on her Instagram. “Simply 20 minutes packed with squats, arm workouts, sprints, and rowing,” she wrote in one update. But for Joanna, moving around isn’t only about staying fit. “I’ve found that it helps my mood, it helps stress levels, and it’s fun,” she told Health.

The Magnolia co-founder also eats a healthy diet filled with homegrown fruits, veggies, and protein. “I’ve got this huge garden in the back where we all eat all of our food, all of our leafy greens, our veggies, our fruits, come from that garden,” she told Health. “For the most part I just try to eat a lot of protein during the day and then not too many carbs or I will crash at and not make it.”

Joanna also knows that it’s all about balance—and not just the kind on the beam. “It’s not about perfection or homemade meals on the dinner table every single night at 6:30—it’s about doing what you can with the time you have,” she wrote on her blog.
