What channel is Bills vs. Buccaneers on today? Time, TV schedule for NFL Week 14 game

The Buffalo Bills just can’t escape Tom Brady. After losing to the New England Patriots in a windstorm that saw the Patriots throw the ball three(!) times all game, the Bills must turn around and face the player who tormented them for 19 years. Was it intentional by the schedule makers to put the Bills against Bill Belichick and Brady in back to back weeks? Who’s to say? But now, the Bills need to exorcise some demons to get to 8-5 and keep their spot in the AFC Wild Card race feeling somewhat secure.

For the Buccaneers, a win would mean clinching the NFC South for the first time in over 10 years. At this point that feels like a formality, and the Buccaneers have been rolling since dropping two straight to the Saints and Washington Football Team. At 9-3 and third in the NFC behind the Cardinals and Packers, they’re firmly in the “haves” column after some doubt was cast on that at 6-3.

Brady is back to putting up video game numbers, and it’s now clear that the only way to beat Tampa is to force him to make mistakes. He had multi-interception games against the Saints and Washington, and while his 10 interceptions are uncharacteristically high, he has 34 touchdowns to go with them. He’s well on pace for his 13th 4,000-yard season, which would put him ahead of Drew Brees in that column.

It’s surprising for this to be a game in which the Bills are in dire straits, but the AFC is only getting tighter as the season goes on. With them hanging onto the 7-seed with several teams breathing down their necks, Sean McDermott needs to dial up something special against Brady and the Bucs. If they fail to do so, some of the 6-6 teams vying for the last spot in the AFC might start to smell blood in the water heading down the home stretch of the season.
