UFC 269 PPV price: How much does it cost to watch Charles Oliveira vs. Dustin Poirier on ESPN?

For the first time since earning the UFC lightweight belt, Charles Oliveira will defend his title.

Oliveira (31-8, 1 NC) beat Michael Chandler back on May 15 to win the vacant belt by TKO in just two rounds, establishing himself as the champion in the weight class. However, he’ll be tasked with a major challenge on Saturday, as he faces Dustin Poirier (28-6, 1 NC).

Despite owning the belt, Oliveira finds himself ranked three spots below Poirier in UFC’s pound-for-pound fight rankings. Poirier most recently fought for the lightweight championship on Sept. 7, 2019, but lost to Khabib Nurmagomedov in a three-round submission.

Fans signing up for the UFC 269 PPV will be getting more than just the Oliveira-Poirier fight, however. Amanda Nunes (21-4) will be defending her featherweight and bantamweight championship belts in a clash against Julianna Pena (10-4). Since winning the bantamweight title on July 9, 2016, Nunes has defended the belt seven times, and she has won each of her past 12 fights. Pena is coming off a win against Sara McMann on Jan. 24, and dating back to Nov. 30, 2013, she has won six of her eight fights.
