He said: ‘If he’s not scared, I’m ready whenever. But he has his boss Dana White that’s in control of him, so he can’t make his own decisions.

‘Even if he wanted to fight me, Dana would have to approve it. I’m my own boss, so I can make my own decisions and can fight whenever I want.

‘After I knock out Hasim Rahman Jr, Conor will be like, ‘Oh wow, this kid can really fight. That’s probably going to scare him away from fighting me.’

The outspoken Paul, 25, has previously called out ‘the Notorious’ UFC star McGregor (pictured)

Rahman Jr, son of heavyweight boxing icon Hasim Rahman – who once beat Lennox Lewis – has had around 100 amateur fights and will prove a stiff test for Paul, who is fighting the 31-year-old after Brit Tommy Fury pulled out with visa issues.

‘The Problem Child’ has only fought fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib, former basketball star Nate Robinson, former MMA fighter Ben Askren and former UFC champion Tyron Woodley, twice – although he has knocked out all of his opponents.

In response to Paul previously calling out the ‘Notorious’ McGregor, the Irishman replied on Twitter: ‘You’ve 2 fights and done 70k buys. You are a flop, kid. A nobody.’
