Dillian Whyte has joked he will get his dad to fight Big John Fury – and his dad will 'bash him in'.
Whyte is currently gearing up for a bout against the Gypsy King Tyson Fury with the WBC Heavyweight Championship on the line. Whyte told IFLTV: "If John Fury wants, he can fight my dad and my dad's older than him.
"He can have a bare-knuckle fight with my dad. If he wants it now, I'll set it up and my dad will bash him in, smash him to bits. Let's see if he's gonna man up and accept the challenge."
John Fury made headlines in his own right at the press conference on Wednesday afternoon when he got into an altercation with Dean Whyte.
“It was a case of my fault. Emotions run high, and I am a fighting man, even though I am old. I’m still game,” Fury told Frank Warren’s Queensbury Promotions.
“Sometimes my head wants my body to do what my body can’t do. Listen, I’m up for anything. He [Dean Whyte] came up the stairs a little quick. I was watching him from the start, and I thought, ‘Okay, then, no problem. I stepped to him and he stepped to me and it nearly went off."

Fury and Whyte will step into the ring on Saturday for their all-British heavyweight championship bout. Whyte is Fury's WBC mandatory challenger after he avenged his loss against Alexander Povetkin.
The Body Snatcher has a 28-2 record coming into the fight, with his only losses coming against the aforementioned Povetkin in 2020 and Anthony Joshua in December 2015.
Whyte, 34, had been conspicuous by his absence from pre-fight promotional activities, but did turn up to a pre-fight press conference with Fury on Wednesday. "It's a big fight and I'm excited to be here," Whyte said. "Sorry I couldn't be here earlier but I'm here now."
